Coral Garden dive site description
Coral Garden is as charming as its name suggests. Just a short swim from Tulamben beach, this shallow site is perfect for relaxed fun dives, check dives, or underwater photography.
The terrain is a gently sloping reef filled with hard and soft corals, scattered artificial structures, and even a statue garden that feels like an underwater art gallery.
It’s a favorite among our guests at Amed Jepun Divers, especially after a morning dive at Liberty Wreck.
The calm conditions, easy access, and colorful surroundings make Coral Garden an ideal second dive site. It’s also an excellent spot for divers building confidence or just looking to slow down and enjoy the details.
Common sighting in Coral Garden
Expect a reef bustling with life. You’ll drift past gardens of anemones hosting dozens of clownfish, see coral bommies swarming with anthias and damsels, and maybe even come across a resting turtle or two.
Moray eels and lionfish peer out from crevices, while the occasional cuttlefish pulses by with hypnotic color changes.
With minimal current and clear conditions, it’s a haven for macro hunters and those who just want to float and marvel.
