Join our full-day trip to Nusa Penida, including 3 dives, starting directly from our Amed base.

 

Manta Point offers regular manta sightings, while Crystal Bay shines during mola-mola season (July to October). 

 

Nusa Penida is home to some of Bali’s most breathtaking dives! Strong currents and deep walls make these dives better suited for experienced divers seeking adventure.

Manta Point - Diving Trip Schedule

We depart at sunrise from Amed by car for a scenic one and half hour drive to Padang Bai Harbour. 
 
From there, a 45-minute fast-boat ride takes us across the Badung Strait to Nusa Penida.

Three dives are planned throughout the day, with lunch and refreshments served between dives.
After your final dive, we return to Amed by late afternoon, arriving around 5 pm with new stories and salty smiles.
Dive sites are chosen according to weather conditions:
  • Manta Point
  • Crystal Bay
  • North Nusa Penida (Ped, Sental Reef, etc.)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. The minimum requirement is an Open Water Diver certification.
    If you are not certified, you can join one of our daily introductory dives in Amed, where conditions are calmer and ideal for first-time divers.

  • Nusa Penida dive conditions can vary from day to day and may include strong currents.
    For this reason, we recommend this trip for confident Open Water divers or Advanced Open Water divers with good buoyancy control and recent diving experience.

  • If you have been out of the water for a while, we strongly recommend completing a scuba refresher course with one of our instructors before the trip.
    This helps you regain confidence, refresh key skills, and fully enjoy the experience in comfort and safety. Contact us
