Meet the Team
We’re a small, dedicated crew of instructors, guides, and ocean lovers who treat you like part of the family.
Our multilingual team can guide and teach in English, French, Danish, and Balinese, making every diver feel right at home, both in and out of the water.
Each team member brings unique skills, stories, and local knowledge to your dive experience.
With patient instructors, sharp-eyed spotters, and warm welcomes all around, our team makes sure every diver, beginner or pro, feels supported, seen, and at home in the water.
Serge & Kira
Owners and founders since 2015
Scuba diving instructor and life long dive buddies. Kira from Denmark, Serge from Canada fell in love with Amed over a decade ago.
What started as a small dream has now become both a dive center and boutique hotel.
Together with their daughters Zoe and Kaia, they’ve grown Amed Jepun Divers into a place where people connect, explore, and feel part of something special.
Made
Scuba Diving Instructor
Instructor by day, guitarist and singer by night, Made brings energy, heart, and unforgettable talent to our team.
He took his first dive with us in 2019 and never looked back. Now a certified SSI Instructor, Made shares his passion for the ocean with calm confidence and a big smile.
Guests love him, and we’re lucky to call him family.
Wayan
Dive guide
Wayan joined us in 2022 and quickly made waves, both as a talented dive guide and our in-house underwater videographer.
With an eye for detail and a gift for storytelling, he captures the beauty of Bali’s reefs and shares it with the world.
Above water, you’ll find him adding a little magic to our Instagram… and sometimes to your dive briefings too.

Meet Yoga, dive guide, musician, and underwater natural.
Since joining the Jepun crew in 2023, he’s been guiding divers with steady care and contagious joy.
He moves through the water like it’s home, and his easygoing spirit makes every dive a good one. Next step? Instructor.

Our Divemaster-in-training, Putu is full of heart and always ready to help.
He’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly, from gearing up divers to lending a hand at the shop.
Friendly, attentive, Putu is well on his way to becoming one of our next great dive guides.
Indra
Scuba Diving Instructor
Indra brings calm, kindness, and quiet confidence to every dive.
As an dive instructor, he’s known for helping divers feel safe, relaxed, and unhurried, just the way learning should be.
We’re lucky to have him during the high season in Amed, before he heads back to the stunning Banda Neira in the off-season.

When Bol’s around, the energy lifts. He’s a certified dive instructor with a great sense of humor and a love for creating relaxed, memorable experiences both above and below the surface.
